LinkerUSA uses this website to explain a planned bio-page service and receive early access requests. This notice addresses those activities. The separate short-link application and independent destinations may involve additional data handling.
Information involved
- Business correspondence. If you contact us, your email address, sender name, business details, and message contents become available to the people handling your request. Include only information needed to discuss your enquiry.
- Technical request information. Hosting systems receive an IP address, browser headers, requested page, and request time. They may log these details for service operations and protection.
The public pages themselves contain no analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party content, or scripts that store cookies. Using a mail link opens your email application rather than submitting an on-page form.
Business purposes and service providers
We process enquiries to respond, evaluate interest, and discuss possible access. Technical information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, and prevention of misuse. Mail and infrastructure providers may process the information needed to perform those functions, and disclosure may occur when legally required.
LinkerUSA does not sell personal information collected through enquiries or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where a legal basis is required, requested communications relate to your enquiry and operational processing serves legitimate interests. Separate consent will be requested if a future use requires it.
Retention and location
Correspondence is retained while the business discussion remains active or a legal obligation or dispute requires it. When those purposes end, it should be deleted. Infrastructure logs may be kept for a limited service or security need. Providers can process data in multiple countries; applicable transfer protections are required where relevant.
